Cinesbrach Lighting S.r.l. ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected via cinesbrach.beauty and through our lighting design services. This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

1. Data Collected

• Identity and contact data: name, company, email, phone, address
• Project data: property details, plans, lighting requirements
• Financial data: billing information for invoicing purposes
• Technical data: IP address, browser type (essential cookies only)

2. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process data to provide lighting design services, respond to enquiries, manage contracts, issue invoices, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest, consent (for marketing), and legal obligation.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with electrical contractors, fixture suppliers, and professional advisors only as necessary for project delivery. All processors operate under GDPR-compliant agreements. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Project records retained for ten years per Italian accounting law. Marketing consent data deleted upon withdrawal. Enquiry data from non-clients deleted after 18 months.
